im-ok — Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These Terms are written in English. You can write to us in English or Swedish.
What changed. This version replaces the terms of August 25, 2026. Existing users get a personal text message about it from Emil Alm. It applies to new accounts from the date above. For an account created before that date, it applies 30 days after that text message was sent to the account's phone number. The main changes:
- im-ok 2.0 has no premium, support mode or purchases. Section 8 says what that means if you paid for premium or bubble packs.
- im-ok 2.0 has no profile photos. You pick one of the App's animal drawings instead, and your friends see it next to your name (sections 7 and 14). Photos from im-ok 1.x did not come along, and they have been deleted (section 15).
- In im-ok 2.0, your friends receive your location only while they have an open alert about your missed check-in (section 7).
- The limits in section 5 are now listed, including the permanent block after a phone number's third account deletion. Section 5 also adds rules for display names and looking up phone numbers.
- im-ok 1.x stopped working before im-ok 2.0 was released (section 15).
- The App is now offered only on the App Store in the United States and Sweden, and only Swedish (+46) and US (+1) mobile numbers can now be used for an account (section 4). These are two separate rules. If you used im-ok 1.x and cannot use im-ok 2.0, see section 15.
- Sections 4, 14, 16 and 21 set out your right of withdrawal, how to report content, your consumer rights and where to complain.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Emil Alm, an individual based in Sweden ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of the im-ok mobile application (the "App") and of the service behind it. The App is called "i’m ok: check in. stay safe." on the App Store (in Swedish, "i’m ok: checka in, sköt om dig") and "i’m ok" on your home screen. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to every version of the App. They describe im-ok 2.0 and later. Section 8 explains what has changed for people who bought premium or bubble packs in im-ok 1.x, and section 15 says what happened to im-ok 1.x. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
2. The service
im-ok is a friend-based daily check-in app. You choose a six-hour check-in window in your local time: morning (06:00–12:00), afternoon (12:00–18:00), evening (18:00–00:00) or night (00:00–06:00). When your window opens, the App reminds you if you allow notifications, and you check in by tapping the heart. If you do not check in before your window ends, the friends you have added are alerted so they can reach out. If you allow location access, the friends who are alerted can also see your last known location until you check in again or pause (section 7).
You can pause check-ins for 3, 7, 10 or 14 days, for example while you travel. You can start a pause after you have checked in or missed a check-in, but not while your window is open and you have not checked in yet. Your friends are told when you pause, and no missed-check-in alerts are sent while you are paused. Using the App earns "bubbles", the App's points (section 9). The App is free and is paid for by ads (section 10).
The App is a convenience tool between friends. It is NOT an emergency, medical, monitoring, or safety service, and it is not monitored by us or by anyone on your behalf.
3. Who can use im-ok
im-ok is built for people who can make informed decisions about staying connected and sharing their location with the friends they choose. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, check with a parent or guardian before using the App.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 16 has signed up, contact us at support@im-ok.com and we will delete the account. We may suspend or terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the user does not meet these requirements.
4. Accounts
- Where the App is offered. We offer the App only on the App Store in the United States and Sweden. Which App Store you can use depends on the country or region of your Apple Account, under Apple's rules.
- Sign-in is passwordless: we send a one-time code by SMS to your phone number. There are no passwords, no email sign-in and no social login.
- Which phone numbers can be used. To create an account or sign in, you need a Swedish (+46) or US (+1) mobile number that can receive our login code by SMS. Numbers from other countries that share the +1 calling code, such as Canada, cannot be used, because no code is sent to them. These are also the only numbers you can add as a friend or invite from the App.
- The two rules are separate. Your phone number does not decide whether you can get the App, and the App Store you got it from does not decide which numbers you can use. Neither rule is about where you are when you use the App.
- One account per phone number. Anyone who can receive SMS at your number can sign in to your account. If a carrier later reassigns a number, the new holder may be able to sign in to a number-based account, so delete your account before giving up a number.
- You are responsible for the security of your phone number, device, and SIM.
- You may only create an account for yourself and may not impersonate anyone else.
- You can delete your account at any time in the App (profile → account → "delete account"). Deletion is permanent. It removes:
- your profile;
- your friendships and friend requests;
- your check-in history;
- your bubbles;
- your last known location;
- the records of anything you bought or unlocked in im-ok 1.x.
- We keep a few records after deletion, for security and to prevent abuse, as described in our privacy policy. One example is the count behind the limit on repeated deletions in section 5.
- Deleting your account does not refund anything you bought through Apple (section 8).
Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of creating your account, without giving a reason. Delete your account in the App, or tell us at support@im-ok.com and we will delete it for you. The App is free, so there is nothing to pay back. Refunds for purchases made in im-ok 1.x are through Apple (section 8).
5. Acceptable use and fair-use limits
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone
- Add people as friends without their consent, or use the App to track or monitor someone without their knowledge, for example by setting it up on someone else's phone
- Send friend requests or invitations as spam
- Use a display name that is unlawful or offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights
- Look up phone numbers in bulk, scrape the App, or use the contacts feature to find out who uses im-ok beyond your own contacts
- Attempt to reverse engineer, automate, modify, overload, or interfere with the App or its backend, or to get around the limits below, except where the law allows this despite this restriction
- Create accounts in bulk, or use disposable, virtual, or someone else's phone numbers
- Rely on the App as a substitute for emergency services
Our server applies automated limits to protect the service against abuse and to keep SMS costs sustainable. Currently:
- Login codes: every request for a code and every wrong code counts as an attempt, including attempts we refuse.
- A new code is sent only if the number has had no attempt in the last minute and fewer than three in the last 15 minutes. Further limits apply per network.
- A number with 12 or more attempts within 24 hours is blocked for 12 hours.
- A device used for attempts on six or more different numbers within 24 hours is blocked for 24 hours.
- A network with 60 or more attempts on five or more different numbers within 24 hours is blocked for 24 hours.
- The App accepts only numbers with the calling code +46 or +1 (section 4). Our server blocks a number with any other calling code for 12 hours on its third attempt within 24 hours.
- Wrong codes: after 10 wrong codes for a number within an hour, you have to wait. After 25 within 24 hours, the number is blocked for 12 hours.
- Friend requests: you can send at most 30 an hour.
- Bubbles: each daily check-in window earns at most one reward: for a check-in in that window or, if you missed it, for your first check-in after it, before your next window opens. Each reward can be doubled once, within 24 hours of our server receiving the check-in (section 9).
- Account deletion: once accounts tied to the same phone number have been deleted three times, that number is blocked permanently and cannot be used for a new account.
Reaching a limit can temporarily or permanently block sign-in from that number, device, or network. We may change these limits when that is needed to protect the service. If you think you have been blocked by mistake, for example because you recently got your number from your carrier, contact support@im-ok.com. We will look at it ourselves and lift the block if it is a mistake.
6. Not an emergency service
THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES AND NEVER CALLS, TEXTS, OR ALERTS THEM. We do not guarantee that check-in reminders, missed-check-in alerts, push notifications, SMS login codes, or location updates will be delivered accurately, on time, or at all. Delivery depends on factors outside our control, such as:
- mobile networks and Apple's push notification service;
- the state of your and your friends' devices, including battery;
- operating-system permissions, settings, and background restrictions;
- other third-party services.
In particular:
- Missed check-ins are detected by a scheduled check on our server, which currently runs once an hour. So an alert can reach your friends up to about an hour after your window ends.
- A friend who has turned off notifications for the App only sees that you missed a check-in when they open the App.
- A check-in you make without a connection is sent when your phone is back online. Until it reaches us, your friends can be alerted that you missed it. A check-in that reaches us 6 hours or more after you made it is not recorded.
- No alert is sent:
- before your first check-in;
- while your check-ins are paused;
- for a window that ended before your most recent change of check-in window or time zone.
- The location your friends see is the last one your phone recorded. It may be inaccurate, out of date, or missing, for example if location access is off or your phone has no power or connection.
If you or someone else is in danger, call the emergency number where you are: 112 in Sweden, 911 in the United States. 112 also works in every other EU country. Do not wait for a missed check-in or for your friends to be alerted.
7. Friends, location, and shared data
Friendships are mutual and one-to-one: both people must agree. That happens when one person accepts the other's request, or when both send one. You can add friends from your contacts or by phone number (section 4 says which numbers can be used). You can also invite people who are not on im-ok yet, with a message that you send yourself from your own phone.
What your friends can see:
- your display name and your animal;
- your check-in status: that you checked in and when, that you can check in now, that you missed a check-in and since when, or that your check-ins are paused and for how many days;
- the details the App needs to work out that status: your check-in window and time zone, when you last checked in, when your account was created, and when your last pause ended;
- your last known location, but only as described below.
Our server also gives a friend's app a summary of your activity if it asks: your bubble totals, how many of your check-ins came after a miss, your current and longest streak, and your typical check-in time. im-ok 2.0 does not ask for this summary or show it.
People you have a pending friend request with can see your display name, animal and phone number. Anyone signed in to im-ok who has your phone number, for example in their contacts, can find out that you use im-ok and see your display name.
Location. If you allow location access, the App keeps one last known location for your account: a single point and the time it was recorded. Each new location replaces the previous one, so no location history is kept. The App records your location:
- when you open the App (at most every 30 minutes, unless you have missed a check-in);
- when you miss a check-in: our server then asks your phone for a fresh reading. When the App is not open, this usually only works if you allow location "Always";
- if you allow location "Always", also when you move a significant distance, or arrive at or leave a place.
Your friends' apps receive your location only while they have an open alert about your missed check-in. When you miss a check-in, our server alerts your friends at its next hourly check (section 6). From the moment a friend is alerted until you check in again or pause your check-ins, that friend's app receives and shows:
- your last known location, however old it is;
- how long ago it was recorded;
- a button that opens it in Apple Maps.
A friend's app can show that you missed a check-in before our server has alerted them, or when our server does not alert them (section 6). It then shows "no location shared this time" instead of your location. Once a friend has seen or opened your location, we cannot control what they do with it.
You can remove a friend at any time (friends tab → edit). The friendship ends for both of you, and your status and location are no longer shared between you.
You can turn off location, notification, or contacts access at any time in iOS Settings. Doing so will limit or disable parts of the App. Setting location to "Never" stops new recordings but does not delete the location already stored. It stays until you delete your account or ask us at support@im-ok.com to delete it, and a friend still receives it only while they have an open alert about your missed check-in. If no location has ever been recorded for you, or it has been deleted, an alerted friend sees "no location shared this time".
You are responsible for choosing whom you add as a friend and whom you invite, and for what you share with them.
8. Price, premium, and bubble packs from im-ok 1.x
im-ok 2.0 is free. It has no subscription and nothing to buy in the App. It is paid for by ads (section 10).
Earlier versions of the App (im-ok 1.x) sold two things through Apple's App Store: an auto-renewing premium subscription (support mode and no ads), and bubble packs. Both were removed from sale on 1 October 2026, before im-ok 2.0 was released. If you bought premium or bubble packs:
- Premium is not renewed. A premium subscription you already have is not renewed. You can see your subscription on your iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions (Apple's instructions). If you are charged for a renewal anyway, ask Apple for a refund (see below) and tell us at support@im-ok.com.
- When premium ended: premium worked in im-ok 1.x until the period you paid for ended or im-ok 1.x stopped working (section 15), whichever came first. im-ok 2.0 has no premium features: there is no support mode, and nothing turns off the optional ad (section 10).
- Bubbles you bought stay on your balance in im-ok 2.0, but im-ok 2.0 has nothing to spend them on (section 9). Heart skins and other items you unlocked in 1.x are not part of im-ok 2.0 and are not shown there.
- Refunds: Apple sold and billed those purchases, so refunds for premium and for bubble packs are through Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, choose "I'd like to" → "Request a refund", and select i’m ok. Apple decides on its refunds under its own policies.
- Your rights: this section does not limit any rights you have under consumer law. If you think you are owed something else, contact us at support@im-ok.com.
9. Bubbles
Bubbles are the App's points. In im-ok 2.0 you earn them by using the App:
- A check-in usually earns a reward when you make it in your window, or when it is your first check-in after you missed one. The reward grows with every day in a row (up to +50%), starts again after a miss, and now and then includes a jackpot.
- An optional ad right after a check-in that earned a reward, the first one after a miss included, can double the whole reward, once (section 10).
The rules:
- In im-ok 2.0, bubbles cannot be bought, sold, sent to other users, exchanged, cashed out, or spent on anything.
- Bubbles are not property or currency and have no monetary value. Refunds for bubble packs bought in im-ok 1.x are through Apple (section 8).
- Our server applies the rules for earning them automatically, including the conditions for a reward and for doubling it. We may change how bubbles are earned and shown, for the reasons in section 15.
- Your bubbles are deleted when you delete your account.
- Section 8 covers bubbles bought in im-ok 1.x.
10. Advertising
The App is paid for by ads from Google AdMob. In im-ok 2.0 there is one place an ad can appear: right after a check-in that earned a reward (section 9), the App may ask "double your check-in reward?". Usually it asks only when an ad is already loaded, so you don't wait for one. The first time you choose "watch an ad", the App first asks Apple's tracking question and, in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, shows Google's consent form (see below), and then loads the ad. Meanwhile the button reads "loading…". If the ad has not loaded 8 seconds after you have answered, you keep the reward as it is. If you watch the ad to the end, the whole reward is credited once more, including the streak bonus and any jackpot. Each check-in's reward can be doubled only once.
Watching is your choice. "keep it" keeps the reward as it is, also while the ad is loading, and so do tapping the heart, leaving the App, closing Google's consent form without choosing and closing the ad early. If the ad cannot be shown, you keep the reward as it is too. Nothing else in im-ok 2.0 needs an ad. Checking in never does.
Google serves the ads. We use RevenueCat's AdMob integration to measure them. RevenueCat's software starts each time the App launches, in every region, including before you have answered Apple's tracking prompt or Google's consent form. Its requests carry your identifier for vendors (a device identifier Apple gives each app maker, not the advertising identifier), your phone model, iOS and app version, language settings, App Store country and IP address. Once you are signed in, RevenueCat links what it receives to your account ID:
- events about the ads the App loads and shows, for example that an ad was loaded, shown or opened, the revenue it earned, or that it failed to load;
- any App Store transaction it sees on your phone, such as a premium subscription or a bubble pack from im-ok 1.x.
RevenueCat does not choose or personalise the ads. Our privacy policy has the details.
Two separate choices decide whether ads can be personalised:
- App Tracking Transparency (ATT): Apple's permission to access the device advertising identifier (IDFA). This prompt controls whether ad networks can use the IDFA. The App asks once, the first time you choose to watch the optional ad, and the App starts nothing from Google before this question is answered. You can change your answer later in iOS Settings; once you have answered, profile → privacy → "tracking in ios" takes you there.
- Google's consent message: in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App shows Google's consent form (the User Messaging Platform, UMP) right after Apple's prompt, before any ad is requested. Google's software works out from your approximate location whether the form applies to you. This choice is independent of ATT and lets you consent to or decline personalised advertising. If you close the form without choosing, the App asks again the next time you choose to watch. Once you have answered, you can change it under profile → privacy → "ad settings". Elsewhere, including in the United States, no consent form from Google appears, and Apple's tracking question is the only one of these two choices.
If you decline either or both, the App still works, you can still watch the ad to double your reward, and no ad you are shown will be personalised on the basis of a choice you declined. Fewer ads may then be available, so the optional ad may be offered less often, or not at all.
11. Text messages and marketing SMS
We send you one-time login codes by SMS, through Twilio; you need them to use the App. Apart from those, the only text messages you get from us are personal messages from Emil Alm about important changes to the App, to these Terms or to our privacy policy (sections 15 and 20).
We do not currently send marketing SMS. The App has a "marketing sms" switch (profile → privacy). It is off unless you turn it on (or ticked its box when you signed in to im-ok 1.x). It only records whether you would like occasional news about im-ok by SMS. If we start sending such messages, we will:
- update these Terms and our privacy policy first;
- send them only to people who have turned the switch on;
- let you stop them at any time with the same switch or by contacting support@im-ok.com.
12. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services, including:
- Apple: the App Store, push notifications, and Apple Maps, which opens when you open a friend's location;
- Twilio: SMS login codes;
- Supabase: our backend (database, sign-in and server functions), hosted in Stockholm, Sweden;
- Google: AdMob advertising and the User Messaging Platform consent form;
- RevenueCat: ad measurement, and the records of App Store purchases and subscriptions from im-ok 1.x (section 10);
- Sentry: crash and error diagnostics.
Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. See our privacy policy for how data is handled.
13. Intellectual property
The App, including its software, design, branding, and content (other than user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
14. User content
You retain ownership of the content you provide: your display name. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and process it, and to show it to the people described in section 7, solely to operate the App. The animal you pick is one of the App's own drawings: it is part of the App (section 13), not your content.
We may remove a display name that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing, or that breaks these Terms.
Content rules and moderation. Section 5 says what display names must not be. We look at them only when someone reports them or we come across them ourselves. We use no automated content moderation: the automatic limits in section 5 count attempts and requests, not content. A person decides on every report. If we remove your name, or restrict or suspend your account because of content, we will tell you what we did and why, which rule or law it is based on, and how to ask us to reconsider at support@im-ok.com. You can also take the matter to court. We tell you all this unless the law prevents us.
Reporting illegal content. Email support@im-ok.com with:
- why you believe the content is illegal;
- the name of the account, or where you saw the content;
- your name and email address (not needed if you are reporting child sexual abuse material);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete.
We will confirm that we have received your report, tell you what we decide, and tell you how you can challenge that decision.
Point of contact. For users, and for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act: support@im-ok.com, in English or Swedish.
15. Availability, changes to the service, and older versions
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, but only for one of these reasons:
- to improve the App or fix problems;
- to protect users or the service against abuse or security risks;
- to comply with the law, or with a decision of a court or authority;
- because a third-party service the App relies on changes or ends.
The App may also be unavailable during maintenance or because of failures in third-party services.
If a change worsens your access to or use of the App more than in a minor way, we will tell you reasonably in advance, normally at least 30 days ahead: in the App or on this page, and, if you already have an account, by a personal text message from Emil Alm to the phone number on it. We will say what changes and when. You can then end the agreement free of charge, by deleting your account, within 30 days of the notice or of the change, whichever is later. Where consumer law gives you further rights, those rights apply. If we end the service as a whole, we will tell you in the same way.
im-ok 1.x. im-ok 1.x stopped working before im-ok 2.0 was released, when we removed our previous backend, Lovable Cloud. Before that, in early September 2026, we copied your im-ok 1.x data into im-ok 2.0's backend, so your account carries on in im-ok 2.0 and you sign in with the same phone number. Anything done in im-ok 1.x after the copy was made, including an account created after it, did not carry over. Profile photos from im-ok 1.x did not come along either: they were deleted with Lovable Cloud. On iPhones that cannot run iOS 26, the App Store may still offer im-ok 1.x, but it no longer works.
im-ok 2.0 needs iOS 26 or later, and it is offered only on the App Store in the United States and Sweden (section 4). If you used im-ok 1.x and cannot use im-ok 2.0, for example because your iPhone cannot run iOS 26 or your Apple Account is for another country or region, you can end the agreement at any time. Ask us at support@im-ok.com and we will delete the copy of your account, so that your friends are no longer alerted that you missed a check-in, and your phone stops getting notifications from our server.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the UK: under consumer law we are responsible for making sure the App matches these Terms and what you can reasonably expect, including the updates needed to keep it secure, for as long as we provide it. If it does not, you can ask us to fix it, and if we do not, you can end the agreement. Nothing in sections 16 and 17 limits these rights.
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REMINDERS, ALERTS, NOTIFICATIONS, SMS, OR LOCATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, TIMELY, OR DELIVERED.
17. Limitation of liability
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS OUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, FOR DAMAGE CAUSED INTENTIONALLY OR THROUGH GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD, OR UNDER PRODUCT LIABILITY LAW. NOR DOES IT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING YOUR MANDATORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER UNDER SWEDISH AND EU LAW.
SUBJECT TO THAT, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP;
- LOSS CAUSED BY EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, SUCH AS A FAILURE OF A MOBILE NETWORK, A DEVICE, AN OPERATING SYSTEM, OR A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE THE APP RELIES ON.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for loss that you cause us by misusing the App or breaking these Terms. That includes claims that others bring against us because of it. If you are a consumer, this applies only as far as consumer law allows.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App:
- if you break these Terms in a serious or repeated way;
- if we reasonably suspect abuse or fraud;
- if the law requires it;
- with reasonable notice, if we end the service or for another valid reason.
If we do, we will tell you why and how to ask us to reconsider, unless the law prevents us or telling you would help someone abuse the service. Decisions about content follow section 14. The automatic limits in section 5 can also block sign-in, and you can ask us to review a block at support@im-ok.com.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) continue to apply.
20. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms only for one of these reasons:
- a change to the App or its features;
- a change in the law, or a decision of a court or authority;
- to protect users or the App against abuse or security risks;
- a change in a third-party service the App relies on.
We will tell you about any change that is not solely to your benefit at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless a change in the law requires it sooner. We will do so in the App or on this page, with a summary of what changes, and, if you already have an account, by a personal text message from Emil Alm to the phone number on it. The latest version is always at https://emilalm.app/im-ok/terms, with its date at the top.
If you do not agree, you can stop using the App and delete your account before the change takes effect. If you continue to use the App after it takes effect, the updated Terms apply.
21. Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country or state where you live.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@im-ok.com. If we cannot resolve it:
- Consumers in Sweden may be able to turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We will take part in ARN's proceedings.
- Consumers in another EU country, Iceland or Norway can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country (in Sweden: Konsument Europa, www.konsumenteuropa.se).
22. Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. If you got the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your licence to the App. You may use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's usage rules.
- We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content, and for any maintenance and support (contact: section 23). Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your use of it.
